High-Performing Teams (HPT) engages participants in a strengths-based, research-driven approach using CliftonStrengths® and the e2grow® digital platform. This program helps teams build habits that drive efficiency, effectiveness, collaboration, and well-being in the workplace.


Growth-Focused Leaders (GFL)

Growth-Focused Leaders (GFL) is designed for individuals ready to deepen their leadership approach and impact. Using CliftonStrengths® and the e2grow® platform, it equips leaders with the mindset, skills, and structure to lead with clarity, purpose, and confidence.


Individual Coaching

Individual coaching utilizes two assessments: Gallup’s CliftonStrengths® and the Strengths Deployment Inventory® (SDI 2.0). During your free 15–20-minute discovery conversation, we will determine which best suits your needs — helping you gain clarity, grow your strengths, and take meaningful action.


Strengths Deployment Inventory

Teams with strong Relationship Intelligence (RQ) build trust faster and navigate conflict more effectively. Using the Strengths Deployment Inventory® (SDI 2.0), we help individuals and teams understand motivations, strengths, and conflict patterns to build stronger, more resilient relationships.


Emotional Intelligence

Enhance your leadership impact with the EQ-i 2.0® assessment, a scientifically validated tool that measures emotional intelligence across 15 competencies. Through coaching and facilitated sessions, we provide actionable insights to improve self-awareness, decision-making, and relationships — helping you lead with clarity and confidence.
