High-Performing Teams (HPT)

HPT (High-Performing Teams) is a 16-week program that engages participants in a research-based approach using CliftonStrengths® and the e2grow® digital platform. Through four group trainings, 1:1 coaching, and online micro-learnings, team members develop new habits that boost efficiency, effectiveness, and workplace well-being — forming truly high-performing teams.
Why HPT?
Your team leader will actively participate in the program, focusing on employee engagement, inclusion, and contribution while aligning with the company vision. Through strengths-based conversations, leaders learn to inspire their team members and support their growth — driving meaningful results across the team:
- 40% Better quality
- 20% Increase in sales
- 41% Decrease in absenteeism

Growth-Focused Leaders (GFL)

The GFL (Growth-Focused Leaders) program is designed for individuals ready to take a deep dive into the practice of leading their teams, departments, divisions, or organizations. It provides leaders with knowledge, skills, and a clear structure to facilitate meaningful learning and purpose. The journey includes five individual coaching conversations with each participant and four cohort sessions, where leaders learn together, stimulate creativity, and encourage open and honest communication and collaboration.
“There are no bad teams, just bad leaders.”
The most effective way to increase your impact within your company is to bring the power of strengths to everyone in the organization. Check out these statistics:
- 87% of employees globally are not engaged.
- 67% are always or sometimes burned out.
- Only 3 in 10 feel supported by their manager
- 85% of people feel deflated after talking to their manager (Gallup, 2020).
There is a significant opportunity for improvement: 70% of the variation in employee engagement is the responsibility of the manager, which contributes to 80% of teams failing to achieve their goals.
Here’s why
Today’s workers, particularly millennials, are demanding something different. They want a coach, not just a manager. They seek ongoing, live feedback and coaching on their performance, development, and progress.
Developing team leaders throughout the organization as coaches is crucial. Equipping your leaders with these skills helps them become agents of change within your growth-focused organization.
Individual Coaching

At Beachy Group we utilize three assessments for individual and leadership teams coaching: Gallup’s CliftonStrengths®, the Strengths Deployment Inventory® (SDI2.0) by Core Strengths, and the Emotional Quotient Inventory® (EQi-2.0).
During your free 30-minute discovery conversation, you will connect with one of our coaches to determine which assessment best fits your goals and needs.
We recommend a minimum of six coaching sessions over three months, concluding with a final debrief and a conversation about next steps.

Strengths Deployment Inventory
High-performing teams are built — or broken — by one thing: relationships.

After decades of research, the science is clear. Teams with Relationship Intelligence (RQ) build trust faster and consistently outperform others — an approach built on the Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI 2.0). Organizations with high RQ build resilient teams that embrace diversity, navigate conflict, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Without RQ, teams often fall into turf wars, default to blame, and struggle under pressure. We help you create a workplace where relationships thrive.
Relationship Awareness Theory provides a simple, shared language to understand the motives behind behavior, prevent and manage conflict effectively, and engage in meaningful conversations. When applied across teams and organizations, this approach strengthens relationships and improves overall performance.
The Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI 2.0) is based on a well-researched theory of human motivation developed by psychologist and educator, Dr. Elias Porter. The theory is built on four key concepts:
- Behavior is driven by motivation.
- Motivation changes during conflict.
- Strengths can be overdone.
- Filters influence perspectives.
These insights provide a foundation for meaningful individual growth and stronger, more effective teams.
How SDI 2.0 Helps You Grow
- Understand what drives your behavior and decisions
- Recognize how conflict impacts your responses
- Improve communication and trust within your team
- Build stronger, more resilient relationships
Emotional Intelligence

Unlock your full potential with the EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Quotient Inventory 2.0), a scientifically validated tool designed to help you unlock the full potential of your emotional intelligence. This user-friendly, self-report questionnaire provides a clear window into how your emotions drive your thoughts, behaviors, and interactions, empowering you to thrive both personally and professionally.
The EQ-i 2.0 explores five essential areas of emotional intelligence:
• Self-Perception: Discover how well you understand your own emotions, self-worth, and ability to self-regulate.
• Self-Expression: Learn to communicate your feelings constructively, fostering confidence and authenticity.
• Interpersonal: Enhance your capacity to build strong, meaningful relationships through empathy and social responsibility.
• Decision-Making: Strengthen your problem-solving skills and impulse control to make sound, effective decisions.
• Stress Management: Build resilience by learning to manage stress and maintain calm in challenging situations.
Whether you’re a leader aiming to elevate your team’s performance through leadership coaching, an individual committed to personal development, or a coach seeking to guide others effectively, the EQ-i 2.0 offers actionable insights. These insights support lasting growth and success.
Each area is measured through carefully developed subscales, with results delivered in a clear, easy-to-understand report. This feedback highlights your strengths and identifies practical areas for growth, helping you take meaningful steps forward.
Take the first step toward a more self-aware, balanced, and thriving future.
